Case Management: responsible for client files in general. This includes new clients (doing intakes with new clients), follow up for clients of ACCM and providing statistics and information regarding the clientele of ACCM. The Case Manager will refer clients to other ACCM services (Support Groups, Drop In, Buddy program, Therapet, etc.) both at the time of their intake and throughout their membership at ACCM. Information pertaining to clients’ needs and life situation is recorded in the client’s numerical file by the Case Manager. Additionally, the Case Manager is responsible for support groups and their animators. The Case Manager is available to meet with clients to discuss any issue they wish to explore throughout the opening hours of the Centre, when not doing intakes with new members. Generally, the Case Manager is available at the Centre from Monday to Thursday, during opening hours.

Support Services Assistant: responsible for the Buddy program, which provides one-on-one support for clients. She will assess their needs and match them with an appropriate volunteer, while supervising the buddy-client relationship over time. Also responsible for the Therapet program and assists both the Case Manager and the Drop In Resource Centre Director, under the direct supervision of the Drop In Director. Generally, the Support Services Assistant is at the Centre during opening hours for three days a week.

Drop In Resource Centre Director: responsible for the running of the Drop In Resource Centre. This includes the Drop In volunteers, clients in the Centre, programs, services and the physical space. The programs for which the Drop In Director is responsible include the Bowling League, the Centre's social events, fundraising, Dinner & Discussion evenings, timely programs such as computer training or budget workshop series, The Store and the Living Skills workshop series. Generally, the Drop In Director is at the Centre from Monday to Friday during opening hours.

Coordinated Case Management Team: all three staff located at the Drop In Resource Centre, with the participation of the Executive Director, comprise the CCM Team. This four person team deals with all things client-related and coordinate client information together. They are jointly responsible for crisis intervention, referrals, supportive counseling and the emergency transportation fund program, as well as their own departmental responsibilities
