In the spring of 2008, we made some changes to the mature of the newsletter due to challenges in funding its usual distribution. Positive Outlook, as it has been called for several years, will now be published as a blog, which you can reach from the link below. Every three months, the best articles from the blog will be collected into a new quarterly Positive Outlook which will be distributed electronically and in paper format.

We hope that you will enjoy the new Positive Outlook and that you will feel free not only to submit your own articles for publication, but also to comment on the contents of the Positive Outlook blog.
