A series of workshops looking at the various aspects of Sex and HIV. The workshops can be presented individually and customised according to the group.

Relationships. We all have them, with our friends, families, lovers, co-workers … you name it. With this workshop we shall be exploring what you, as an individual, get out of your relationships and how you can make them even better.

Sexuality, that need that fuels us on a regular, or semi-regular, basis! We’ll talk about the roles sex plays in our lives, and take a hands on look at the impact of HIV on sexuality. Don’t worry (or get your hopes up); nobody gets naked.

Sex, Part II. It’s such a big topic, we just couldn’t fit it all in one workshop! This time around, we’ll be taking on body image, self-esteem, sexual dysfunction, and sero-discordance. We’ll also develop some concrete tools to deal with them.

Disclosure. When should someone disclose that he or she is, in fact, HIV+? How does disclosure actually happen in your life? What risks are involved in disclosing your serostatus? How would you benefit from doing it?

Communication. With this grand finale, we dip into those slippery emotions and learn how to recognize and express them better. We hone the communication skills you use with everyone and that you need to be able to disclose, if you choose to do so!
