ACCM Strategic Planning Process ACCM is currently conducting a Strategic Planning process. We plan to complete this process in time to present it to the Annual General Meeting on June 2nd. We would like very much to ensure that all of our members (clients, volunteers, staff, etc.) and those who might become our members in the future have an opportunity to participate in this process. We have set up three on-line surveys related to our three main areas of operations (Client Support Services, Education and Prevention, and Volunteers) to facilitate your participation. The on-line surveys are now closed. Thank you for your participation. We will share the results of the surveys and other tools of information gathering and reflection as we move forward. |
