ACCM Strategic Planning Process ACCM recently completed an extensive Strategic Planning process. The draft document is available here and will be presented at our next Annual General Meeting in June 2009 Click here to view the final version of the Strategic Plan We would like very much to thank all of our members (clients, volunteers, staff, etc.) and those who might become our members in the future for participating in this process. The completed on-line surveys related to our three main areas of operations (Client Support Services, Education and Prevention, and Volunteers) provided guidance for the strategic directions to guide the work of ACCM over the next five years. |
